Founded by Alonso Saenz better known as “Ocho’, Ocho’s Mexican Cocina is the result of a journey that began with a simple passion: sharing authentic Mexican food and culture with the community. What started as the food truck La Única in 2018 grew into DGO Mexican Grill in 2021, and eventually led to the opening of Ocho’s Mexican Cocina in 2023.
At Ocho’s, we draw inspiration from the vibrant flavors, traditions, and hospitality of Mexico. Our menu combines beloved street food favorites with elevated Mexican dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and a commitment to quality.
