The Owner of Ocho's Mexican Cocina, Alonso, has always had a passion for food and sharing his culture's cuisine with others. Inspired by his Mexican roots and his love for gastronomy, he started the food truck 'La Unica' with the mission of bringing the authentic taste of Mexico to the community. Later on, in 2021 he opened his first brick and mortar DGO MEXICAN GRILL located in Commerce City which has resulted to be a great success. Today we continue with the same mission. Our menu boasts a variety of dishes, from classic Mexican street food to more traditional entrees, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
